Vegan Blueberry Banana Pancakes

Ingredients – (vegan blueberry banana pancakes)

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 ¼ cups almond milk
  • 3 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp vegan “butter”, melted
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 ½ cups blueberries

Instructions – (vegan blueberry banana pancakes)

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  • 2. Heat pan
  • 3. Scoop ½ cup of batter onto pan and wait until bubbles come through the top. When the bottom of the pancake is golden, flip the pancake.
  • 4. When both sides of pancake are golden, remove from pan.
  • 5. Repeat until batter is finished.
  • 6. Serve with maple syrup, sliced bananas, and blueberries!
