How To Make Healthy Cucumber Lemonade

A refreshing and healthy drink  to keep you cool and hydrated. Follow these easy steps showing how to make healthy cucumber lemonade for yourself. Ingredients – (how to make healthy cucumber lemonade)

  • 1 large cucumber (cut into chunks)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup liquid honey
  • juice of 7 lemons
  • 3-4 cups sparkling water (or still water)

Instructions – (how to make healthy cucumber lemonade)

  1. Add the cucumber chunks, water, honey and lemon juice to your blender and blend on high speed until very smooth.
  2. Pour the cucumber mixture into a large pitcher through a strainer to catch any pulp that remains.
  3. Add the sparkling water to the pitcher, along with some lemon and cucumber slices (and ice, if desired) and stir gently to combine.
  4. To complete the image, pour into sugar-rimmed glasses with a few slices of lemon and cucumber.
