This is a very simple green tea and mint recipe but one that could quite easily make it onto your favorites list. If you don’t count water, it only takes four ingredients to make this healthy and very refreshing weight-loss drink.
I wanted to add this recipe to the website not only because it is such a popular and refreshing drink, but also because it has great fat-burning potential.
This drink is also great if you are starting to feel the first hunger pangs of the day. Also, the antioxidants in green tea trigger the release of fat from fat cells and help speed the liver’s capacity for turning fat into energy.
