This fresh cucumber salad with apple cider vinegar recipe is one of the most basic recipes you will ever see. However, there is a very good reason why I am posting this one. Even if it is so easy to make.

Cucumbers are so low in calories, you can eat them till the cows come home, as my mother used to say. Ingredients (Fresh Cucumber Salad with Apple Cider Vinegar)
The idea is to swap out lettuce for the cucumber and complement it with the apple cider vinegar.
- 2 Tbsp red onion
- 1 Tsp basil
- 1/2 Tsp celery seeds
- 1/2 Tsp sugar substitute
- Add pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 cups cucumber
