Blueberry Spinach Smoothie Recipe

This delicious blueberry spinach smoothie recipe is absolutely packed with antioxidants and essential vitamins. Spinach is rich in vitamin K, vitamin A, manganese, folate, magnesium, and iron. Ingredients – (blueberry spinach smoothie recipe)

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup spinach – (100 grams)
  • 1 cup  almond milk – (can use water or any other milk)
  • 4 tbsp of ginger (5 grams)
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2-3 dates
  • 1 medium banana

  • 1. Pour your milk into the blender.
  • 2. Add the blueberries, strawberries and ginger.
  • 3. Blend everything.
