Berry Breakfast Smoothie
A berry breakfast smoothie that’s great in the morning to set you up for the day. Or even just as a healthy snack. It has added oats, avocado, banana, chia seeds, as well as delicious blueberries and raspberries.
Ingredients – (berry breakfast smoothie)
- 65g raspberries
- 65g blueberries
- 25g oats
- 35g avocado
- 120g banana
- 250ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions – (berry breakfast smoothie)
- 1. In a blender, add 65 grams raspberries, 65 grams blueberries, 25 grams oats, 35 gram avocado, 120 grams banana, 250 milliliters almond milk, 1 tablespoon chia seeds and blend until smooth.
- 2. Pour the mixture into the glass.
- 3. Serve straight away.
