Yes, there are some fantastic foods to eat without putting on any weight. When you are craving for a snack or your belly is telling you it’s on empty and it’s not meal time, eat some of these tasty options. Your waistline will thank you!

Most of these foods also have a health benefit to us also. Like high fiber to help with digestion or antioxidants to boost our systems. There is probably not any surprises in the list but you may have forgotten about some of them for a while and don’t actually eat them regularly.
